This week another of our Invasive Weed Specialists, Andrew Ford, attended the Property Care Associations Certificated Surveyor course in Japanese Knotweed at their head office in Huntingdon. 

The structure of the course focused on:

• Information on invasive species and their impacts
• Legislation
• Ecology of invasive species.
• Site inspection, risk assessment and monitoring
• Biosecurity
• Herbicide use
• Waste management

The course ran for 2 days and feedback from Andrew has been incredibly positive and we look forward to Andrew continuing to offer the best possible service to our existing and future clients.
